Made it tonight and my bf loved it! I made it with boneless/skinless chicken thighs instead but was still very flavorful! Also, I agree with your verdict, the sauce wasn't thick even after adding mushrooms in the last hour.

I added some mushrooms, and used a 28oz can of San Marzano tomatoes, which I broke up. The meat was falling apart & the sauce tasted fantastic. Should I just double the entire recipe or will that be too much liquid? Thanks!!!
